Where children shoot for the stars and shine

We are going to learn to write capital letters. Each letter can be written in 2 different ways. Lower case letters are small letters. These are the ones we have been learning to write, like these m,a,s,d,t.

We also write these letters as upper case letters – we call these capital letters. They look like this, M,A S,D,T. We use capital letters at the beginning of sentences, for our names, for days of the week and months of the year.

Capital letters and lower case letters make the same sound.

Today we are going to learn how to write a as a capital letter. Watch the video and practise the capital letter and the lower case letter
