Choosing time ideas

 

*Build a den.  What will you use to make it? Where will you make it? Did your first attempt work? Is it stable? How many people can you fit inside?

*Get cooking! What will you make? Cakes or biscuits? I have put two simple recipes below for you.

*Play colour I spy. "I spy with my little eye something that is red/blue" etc.

*Play musical statues. You are all getting very good at this game!

*Adults, hide jigsaw pieces around the house then challenge your child to find them all so they can complete the puzzle.

*Put lots of different objects into a bag or box. The children put their hand in and try and guess the object just by feeling it. No peeking allowed!
