Good morning.  I have uploaded some English and maths for you to do today.  I am also hoping that you will take a look at the VE day resources and have a go at an activity.  Please do email me any photos and I will forward them to Mrs MacInnes to put on the website/ Facebook/ or send to Walsall Local Authority to be included in a display of work from local schools.

English- Today we will be inventing facts about aliens.  You could look at the short film again to help you generate some ideas.

Maths- We are learning about the different types of triangles.

Hi everyone, here is your home learning for today:

English- we are looking at adjectives to describe an alien.  You can use an  online Thesaurus to help you.  

Maths- I have included some problem solving and reasoning.  The answers are on the slides.

Topic- How many Roman Gods can you name?  I have uploaded a word search to help you learn their names.  There is also a task on there for you to research.

Tuesday- 5.5.20

Good morning.  Here is your learning for today:

English- we are continuing our work on aliens.  I have uploaded the text on Word it is also on the PowerPoint.  

Maths- we will be comparing angles.

Topic- We are learning about the Roman Gods.  Use the PowerPoint and the Internet to fill in some interesting facts about the Gods.

Good morning, hope everyone had a good weekend.

In English we are starting a new unit of work on aliens.  I have included a link to a short film to introduce the topic.  Today's learning in maths is learning the different types of angles.  I have included a PowerPoint to help you.  There is a worksheet uploaded too if you want to have a go at identifying the types of angles. I have also included a link to a website that has some maths games which you might like to try.
