Welcome families and children to Year Two's page. I hope that you are all safe and well. Every day I will upload activities you can complete at home. Feel free to text or email with pictures of your children completing tasks or if more support is needed and I will respond as soon as I can.

Starting Monday, every single day from Monday to Friday Joe Wicks is going to do a live workout called PE with Joe on his Youtube Channel, TheBodyCoachTV.

It’s a workout specifically designed for kids because when the schools are closed there is no PE.

Its about getting your kids moving, feeling energised, positive, optimistic. So tune in Monday morning 9am and every day Monday to Friday.

Times tables

These videos are used in Year 2 to provide a fun way to learn our times tables. It’s also a good way to get us moving. Think carefully which videos you need to be watching to help. Year 2 need to know their 2, 5, 10 and 3 times tables.

Everyday in class we daily have a speed sound lesson. Some children need this as an ongoing reminder of the sounds they need and use to read and some are still learning these sounds.

I suggest your child to watch Set 2 and Set 3.
